“LOVE GAMES”

Showcasing the work of Jewlya Sturtevant and Neil Gainer

The affectionately titled “Love Games,” showcases the experience of living life with a spouse or partner in all of its glory. This show features work from two artists who share a life together, yet make vastly different work. Where is the connective tissue between these two styles and the experiences from which they are derived?

These parallel bodies of work coalesce in strange places and seem to play off of each other in unexpected ways, “Love Games,” is about relationships, communication, happiness, grief, and the innumerable other feelings and experiences that come with love.
